Stonehouse Wheelers Club Rules:
- The club shall be called ‘Stonehouse Wheelers’
- The membership shall be open to all cyclists
- All members must have third party cycling insurance. It is recommended that members join Cycling UKas this gives insurance as well as lots of other benefits. However, any cycling insurance is acceptable.
- Subscriptions are agreed at the AGM
- The financial and general affairs of the club shall be managed by an Executive Committee consisting of: 1. Chairperson; 2. Treasurer; 3. Secretary, together with other nominated club members
- (a) A general meeting of the members can be called when required by the Executive Committee, or upon application by 10% of the members. (b) The Annual General Meeting will be held in September each year, and the report and balance sheet shall be presented. (c) No alterations may be made to these rules unless at a special meeting or the Annual General Meeting of members
- (a) Any member not obeying these rules or failing to uphold the good name of the club may be interviewed by the Executive Committee who have powers to expel. (b) Any matters arising which may not be covered by the foregoing rules shall be dealt with by the Executive Committee, whose decision shall be final.
